Autumn.  Worship.  Engage.  Serve.

National Back to Church Sunday: We invite you to come back to Stone Church or simply come for the first time.  This national movement encourages those who attend church regularly to encourage folks who don’t normally attend to explore.  Find out why it’s a great thing to be part of a community of faith.

Harvest Home Celebration October 8: With deep roots in a farming community, Stone Church has a long established of sharing the bounty.  Every year, we decorate the church sanctuary in fresh fall foliage and bring non-perishables to go towards local food banks.  We invite you to celebrate God’s bountiful harvest with us at 10:15am worship as we share with others in the community.  See the announcements page for specific needs at Hanover Area Council of Churches so you know what to bring.

Drive your Tractor and Pig Roast October 8: As we celebrate Harvest Home, drive your tractor to 10:15am worship and we’ll share a prayer of blessing over your equipment.  Following worship, we’ll gather adjacent to the church in the picnic grove for delicious food and fellowship.  Pork sandwiches and baked potatoes (hot dogs, too) provided.  Bring a side dish or dessert to share.

Thanksgiving Eve worship, Nov. 22: Thank you, God for everything.  Carve time for God out of your celebration before you carve the bird.  Join us in worship at 7:00pm to give praise and thanks to the Creator for all things under the sun.  What a wonderful way to start your family Thanksgiving traditions by worshiping together.  Stay after to fellowship because sometimes pumpkin pie and cider show up!
